In the UK there are currently over 2,000 UK job boards. If you were to target where your ideal candidate hangs out it could be in a selection of places – knowing where to advertise is tricky.

We also scour a number of online CV databases (including our own which has over 300,000 candidates in it), as well as proactively searching LinkedIn to flush out any passive jobseekers.
This multi-channelled approach means that we cover approximately 85% of the jobseeker market.
